I have a 96 Isuzu Trooper 3.2L 4x4. The good. Overall in nice condition escpecially considering its age. Starts and runs very well. 4x4 works. A/C is ice cold. Lots of power options. Not sure if I tried everything, but what I did all worked. The bad. Transmission has an issue. Works great about 50% of the time. The other 50%, it will not shift into the higher gears. Needs some exhaust work. Not too loud yet, but needs attention. Motor runs great but has some valve train noise. Very common to this motor. It has had noise for at least the last 100,000 miles but has not caused any problems. Overall this truck would be good to fix if you have the ability to do it yourself. You could also use it for around town or perhaps a great hunting truck for around your property. This is in Illinois dealer inventory. Tax, title and license fees will apply to Illinois residents.
