This is a 2000 Mercury Mountaineer with a V8 - 5.0 liter engine. The vehicle body and paint appear to be good condition with normal road wear and tear. There is a small patch of rusting along the driver side wheel well. The seats are leather and in good condition. There is a privacy cover in the rear cargo compartment. Rear seats are a 60/40 split. The center console is torn as seen in one of the pictures. Tires are Good Year RS/T and are estimated at 50% tread. The vehicle appears to run well and has been fairly well maintained. The vehicle starts and runs - that's the best we can offer as this vehicle has not been personally driven by this department. The license plate tags expired in April 2010. This vehicle was used for transporting items between California and Oregon and forfeited to our department by the owner. This unit is from public property. Item must be paid for and picked up from seller's location via Cash Payment or Cashier's Check within 7 days of auction close, unless prior arrangements are made with the seller. Buyer will be furnished a clear title to the vehicle. A $20.00 per day storage fee will be assessed if vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of auction close.
