1964 S65 Honda. This bike was purchased a few years ago from an Upstate NY honda dealer that closed up shop after many years of business. I found it in the back of a storage area of the shop. I was told that it was used as a window display item for the shop for many years.When I got it it did not have any oil or fuel in it. I put oil in it and filled the carb with fuel and it fired up after a few kicks. I never did anything more with it than that. The exhaust and chain covers were taken off of it by the dealer for a customer bike. I replaced the exhaust and covers with NOS parts and have yet to replace the exhaust shields. Chrome on the bike is good but a few items should be replaced to be perfect. Such as some of the chrome acorn nuts. Bike is as it was when I purchased it . I'm not an expert on these bikes . I was told that the white s65's were quite rare and that not many were made in 1964.I did not get paperwork when I purchased it so it will come with a bill of sale. Bike has what looks to be the original Inoue (IRC) tires. I have never attempted to clean the plastic parts for fear of doing it wrong and doing damage but they should clean up very well.Bike is sold as is as I am no expert on these bikes.
