2003 Mercedes SL500 Black/Charcoal Two-tone Leather Non-Smoker car in Awesome Condition. Only 46890 Miles. This is the SL you have been looking for! I am offering a 2003 Mercedes SL500 with 46890 miles for sale. It is Black with Dark Gray leather interior. New Tires, Batteries and Starter. The car is in excellent condition! This car is ready to go to anywhere, drop the top and enjoy the fresh air! The leather interior is in excellent shape and leather shows virtually no wear. Drives great, has plenty of power, no squeaks or rattles, no accident history. All original. Will not last long! My Observations....... I would give the paint and exterior condition of the car a 8.5 and the interior a 9. The paint shows normal wear consistant with an 8 year old car. It shines up nice but is black so it shows every small flaw. There are a few minor scratches that are hard to even get pictures of. I have not noticed any dings in the car at all, it is very straight. Three of the wheels have some very minor curb rash. The interior is in excellent condition overall. The only flaws in the interior are some tackiness that has occured from the TX heat with a lot of these cars on some of the rubberized areas mostly around the center A/C vents, the sun visor mirror door hinges are broken on both visors and there is some scuffs on the bottom plastic trim of the driver's seat that must have gotten scuffed from shoes getting in and out of the car. The only other item on the car that is not proper is one of the small flaps on the driver's side that should fold down when the top comes down does not fall down on its own as its hinge is broken. You just touch it with your finger and it falls into place once the top is down. That is it. Everything works. The roll bar and convertible top operate perfectly. All glass is perfect. I have seen no leaks of any kind. The wind screen is in the trunk ,in the cover, and appears to never have been used. The spare and all tools, including pump, are in the trunk and have never been used. The first aid kit is in the car and has not been used. I have the owners manuals in the case along with a copy of the original window sticker showing an original price of $87,955.00. I have two keys but one is missing the metal valet key. Both keys work normally. This is a fine example of a very well cared for, low mileage SL. I am a small pre-owned car dealer in Houston, TX. I have bought and sold cars my whole life and finally decided to get my dealer's license and make a little business out of it and have some fun as I love all types of cars. Purchasing instructions: I require a $500 deposit by Paypal to secure the transaction within 48 hours of the auction ending. The balance will be due in full when the car is delivered, or before, and within 14 days of the auction ending by either cash or verifiable bank/cashier's check or wire transfer. I DO NOT offer any type of financing. You must obtain financing on your own through your bank or credit union. Funds will be verified before release of the vehicle. Buyer is responsible for paying Texas Automobile Sales Tax (6.25%) and registration fees at time of sale to 1012 Motorcars. I will register the car and get the license plates and registration documents to you within 21 days of the finalized sale. If you reside outside Texas, you will be responsible for registering and paying taxes in your own state and will not have to pay Texas sales tax or registration. Shipping, Pick ups, warranties, etc.: I will assist in shipping at the buyer's expense. I will be happy to pick you up from either Houston Intercontinental or Houston Hobby airport should you win the auction. And, of course, if the car is not what I have represented it to be, when you come within 14 days, your deposit will be refunded and you will not be obligated to go through with the purchase.
