This 1971 Coupe DeVille is roadworthy..LOW RESERVE .. has a recent built 500CI (8.1L) engine, from a 1970 Eldorado. This is a solid, reliable driver/muscle car/ collectable, drive it or garage it.! Custom paint. With FLAMES........ Rust free 95% Any body issues..see pics. This car moves!!!!!! The 1969-1970 500 (10.50 to 1 compression) was the most powerful Caddy engine ever -400BHP/525 LBFT torque. The original engine was a 472 CI 8.5 :1 compression. Transmission Turbo 400 has shift kit upgrades, valve body shift timing upgrade....been built in the past, not sure how long ago....functions good, no shift problems. original dash-fair (see pic) , nice door panel, headliner,carpet...new seat fabric....Posi-traction rear end, recent brakes...passes emissions, no issue, non cat converter model year/ cats started in 1975.. Original milage on the overall car appears to be 97,000 (before custom work) Aftermarket in dash stereo. Tires-fair Underside...average condition. Exterior..above average custom paint. Vinyl top...fair( I would suggest restore soon ) Colorado car...has original dealer emblem from 1960-1970s Denver Colorado Dealership (JACK KENT CADILLAC) NO A/C system, was removed for the 500 CI engine swap and to save weight. Chrome bumpers: front very good, back: fair to good..has surface patch where heat, moisture from the original tailpipe damaged chrome near the pipe output (on one side) now the car has dual pipes.
