I reserve the right to end the auction early because it's listed locally. Buyer is responsible for pick up. This is rare. I am the second owner of the 1971 Chevelle Malibu @ original 69,000miles. I brought it up from California in original condition with build sheets, original blue and gold license plate, and actual pink slip, NO RUST, NO BONDO, NO Wreck Damage. It has undergone a total frame off restoration. Powder coated frame, driveline, and suspension. All new brakes, stainless steel brake lines, stainless steel transmission lines, and stainless steel fuel lines, new aluminum radiator and electric dual fans. Original engine has been completely rebuilt to 350 with Edlebrock 650cfm carb, and Edlebrock performer aluminum intake, performance distributor. New - Edlebrock heads, Edlebrock fuel pump, power steering gear, new pump, new damper, new chrome bumpers, all original glass, functional cowl hood with parts, .....New New New....New New New.... All brand new black and gray interior and custom upholstery on the seats. The front seats are newer reupholstered bucket seats. The new headers and dual exhaust are ceramic coated. The entire body under body has been rubber coated, not sticky undercoating. Complete Kenwood stereo system (deck, CD, 10" subs, 6"x9" & 4" door, high and low amps in box. All parts are in the box and ready for assembly. There is just to much to list. The car is complete as far as parts go. If I didn't have new parts, I kept the old ones. The engine is on the functional rolling chasis, and the body is on the frame with performance bushings. It is currently in "day 5 of Overhaulen". All that needs to be completed is that the primer needs to be final wet sanded, seal coated, base coated, clear coated. The paint up to this point has been applied with a citation professional HVLP system. I still even have the seal coat, colbalt blue base coat, and clear coat paint included with the car. This is the project car a father dreams of completing with their kid, or a serious investment. And the best part is all of the dirty and hard work is DONE. I have thousands of digital photos of all of the work to "proof the car". You will not find a car like this very often. I was making it into a "Restomod" when my business really took off and I haven't had the chance to do anything with it. My interests have changed as well. It was just professionally appraised at $11,000.00 "as is" with everything just sitting in boxes ready for assembly with a potential value of $80K+ if it is finished right! Appraisal available for inspection. The car can be completed as an SS clone, a Malibu, or Restomod. You must see this to appreciate it. Only serious investors need inquire. I am selling it based on it's low end potential value and also keeping in mind that you will be doing the remaining investment on this project.
