Here we go, the time has come. I need to get rid of my gst. So here's the scoop. I purchased this car late 2004 early 2005 it had 61k on it. Drove it until about a year ago. At that time a cylinder went out. It sat for about 5 months. In june of 2009 I decided I wanted to get it going again. so, I started gathering all the stuff. I bought a used motor from my buddy and had some head work done just recently (see below) Finally got the motor started and car rolling a 2 weeks ago. Since then I have realized I cannot do it anymore, I do not have time nor money. I have some other obligations I need to take care of so this car needs to go. The body of the car has 136k, the new head work only has 200 miles on it. Car is an automatic transmission. No leaks or sweaks. this motor sounds great. Check out what I have done so far, more pics here http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3382007 Mods: OBXRacing headers (less than 200 miles) CXRacing short route front mount intercooler (less than 200 miles) R1 2.5" exhaust (down pipe back) Greddy Type S bov recirculated (less than 200 miles) Clear cam cover (less than 200 miles) Shaved and polished valve cover Intake (less than 200 miles) Chrome spark plug cover 5% tint (2 windows were busted out and replaced so tint is a different shade) Lowering springs, car dropped 2" all around (not sure what brand) HP Lightning 18" rims (powdercoated gloss black) no curb rash at all. (Less than 200 miles) Nangkang NS-2 tires (brand new) Head work done (new valve seals, valve and valve seat grind, surfaced the head and shimmed the valve springs to help reduce the chance of floating the valves at higher boost or high RPMs) New gaskets (everywhere) New head bolts New spark plugs New spark plug wires New belts (a/c, timing, alternator) front camber kit Ralliart oil and radiator caps (less than 200 miles) brand new battery front strut bar I have title in hand. This car does need more work, and will be a really good car if the right person gets ahold of it. Motor runs and pulls hard. No shaft play or any kind of play in the stock 14B turbo. The sun roof is messed up, I have a new one for it that I have not yet installed, and will include it with the car. Needs new rotors. Also a couple winters ago i slid and hit a curb which bent i believe the cross member so the driver side front tire sits back toward the fender (see pics), this will need to be replaced if you do not want bad wear. Car has 2 different colors of tint on 2 windows. Needs new speakers. Windshield has an 8" crack due to a rock thrown up by a car on highway. Got into a fender bender a few years back which caused damage to front bumper, and headlight and both were replaced and fixed correctly.So, i would give the out side appearance of the the car a 7 out of 10 --has some scratches, small area of clear paint peel on the wing (see pictures below) and the inside 7 out of 10 ---INSIDE IS VERY CLEAN (see pictures) no rips in cloth just some small cigarett burns from previous owner. And of course the car will show normal wear and tear of a 12year old car. I am very honest person and listed all cons of the car since you would discover them anyways. This will be a great project car for someone to finish. Motor is ready to go! all sales are final, as is.
