I am selling this truck for my neighbor. He has given me details to best describe the truck, so if you have any questions I can get answers rather quickly. First off, he is the second owner and purchased the truck in 1989 from an area dealer. The vehicle does run and yes it has less than 80,000 miles. It is located at his home here in San Antonio. It is an all original 1/2 ton, 10 series custom fleetside with chrome front bumper, grille and body side molding. It has the full width rear window and the front windshield is cracked. It does have a flood light that still works. The engine is a factory 230 straight 6 cylinder with a 3 speed column shift manual transmission. The transmission has been re-built once. The radiator has been cleaned and re-cored once. Other parts that have either been replaced or repaired are the master cylinder, wheel brake cylinders, brake hoses, water pump, radiator hoses, thermostat & housing, fan belt, fuel pump, and the clutch. This truck would make a perfect restoration project. As far as the body, It does have some surface rust and minor dents & dings but not enough to create high costs to re-finish.The bed is wood strips and will need to be replaced. The upholstery and rubber flooring is also believed to be original. I have described all of the major details as best as I can. This is the original floor and metal dividers. The tailgate is not rusted through along the edge nor are the inner fender wells. The wall of the bed against the cab is bent but not unrepairable. It is a separate piece of the bed.
