It is in perfect condition. No mechanical problems. This car is fully loaded. See all pictures below. There was a nick on the rear bumper drivers side. It has been fixed. Terms Please remember that this is a used vehicle and may not have all accessories such as spare keys, mats, navigation dvd, etc. Those can be obtained through a dealer or on Ebay at a relatively low cost. Please note that no used vehicle is perfect and may or will have some minor wear or imperfections (interior/exterior) relative to age/mileage, this includes brakes and/or tires. There is no warranty with this vehicle. There may be a factory warranty with this car if still active. You will have to research on your own. The buyer will bear any and all expenses of repairing or correcting any defects or problems on this vehicle. Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. All buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. A $500 non-refundable down payment must be paid at the end on the auction. The balance due will be paid according to the delivery method. If the car is picked up, payment is due at pick up. If the car is delivered, payment must be disscused before the auction is won. Shipment Terms Some items will have a shipping charge. However, in some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, union states, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges. If any additional charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping. The weekend will also delay your shipment so please keep this in mind. We ship to the address as shown in your PayPal account. Please make sure the address is correct and up to date before making payment. We are not liable for any loss by incorrect & invalid shipment address. We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery including but not limited to weather, traffic etc. This vehicle can be delivered via cargo carrier. Most deliveries range between $500 - $1000 which must be paid by the buyer. $150 is the deposit to start the shipping transaction. The balance due must be paid once the car is delivered. The title will be held until the vehicle is delivered. Once the car is signed for and confirmed, the title will be mailed NEXT DAY to the shipping address. It must also be signed for.
