For Sale: 1999 Pontiac Grand Am SE, V6 We've gotten a lot of very good use out of this car, but we don't need it anymore, and it just takes up space in the garage. There are about 2,000 miles left until next oil change, and only 1,500 miles on the brand new tires, purchased locally. The car has been kept clean, and it shows. It has been taken care of since we've owned it, the car runs great, has no problems, and has never stranded us or broken down. The car has no rust, a good body, and we've never had any wrecks, or done any bodywork. A few items have been fixed/replaced in the past year because of basic maintenance. For example, in the past 1,500 miles it has brand new tires, brand new brakes all-around, a new window switch, and a new power steering pump. These were all items that had started to go, and I just got them fixed right away to prevent any other problems. EVERYTHING works, which is rare for this vehicle (so I've been told): -Cruise Control -Steering Wheel Radio Controls -CD Player -A/C -Power Windows -Power Locks -Lumbar seat (manual) -Remote Keyless (but needs battery/reprogram) -Tilt Steering -Traction Control -BONUS...this car has nice wheels, they are not covers or hubcaps. I've been told that the ones with covers are a problem? We've never done any type of modifications like stereo wiring, aftermarket parts, or anything else, so it's all original. High miles (around 170,000) but no problems, and car doesn't show the mileage. The ONLY negatives that I see in the car are... -The previous owner was a smoker, and there are a few small burns here and there, but it doesn't smell like smoke inside. -The drivers side seat used to move up/down, but now it stays in one position. I'm not sure why. It's comfortable, but it doesn't go up/down anymore. The lumbar still works. Please respond or call to make an appointment to see. I would prefer that the buyer picks the car up.
