What makes it different then most other jettas is several things such as a manual 6 speed transmission, heated leather seats with larger bolsters, and a 24 valve VR6 engine. Everything on this car works great! There are no check engine codes or problems. The car drives as smooth as it came off the showroom. Mechanically this car needs nothing. Typically this 2003 GLI JETTA came with a 17 inch diameter wheel. In no way does this affect the cars performance or handling but it currently has 16inch vw wheels with 4 very new tires. If anything this may improve the gas mileage. If you are a Maryland resident, rest assure this car will pass inspection. The previous owner installed the following aftermarket products. 1.
