A FUN COUPLE has been this perky little roadster with a color-matched motorcycle trailer (you can perhaps imagine that when the telescoping roof goes into the trunk that there is precious little room for much beyond your swim suit and credit cards). Itt allows lots of luggage room or up to 3 full golf bags and carts and the SLK doesn't even know it is behind.. Then, too, the small hitch with a change affords a rack for two bicycles. Why even a Magellan GPS unit is included! This unit was previously SOLD to an e-bay member but he "lost his job" I'm the second owner( the first, who ordered this custom-color from the factory, got bored after just 3 years and 28,000 kilometres and sold it to me!) and then I had the priviledge of enjoying more than 200,000 more kilometres (to translate for our American friends, that's only 125,000 in miles) piloting her over much of the US and all of Canada. Thus the total mileage is just over 150,000 miles. It has been lovingly cared for and serviced religiously. A pickup truck backed into a tailer light assembly and while consequences no longer show, there are some creaks and groans when the top is up. The only other scar (other than age) is a cracked lower cowling up front and a roughing of the 3M invisible bra.
