You are looking at a rarely used (located at our vacation home in Colorado), like new Dual-purpose (street legal) Suzuki DR-Z400 bike. The DR-Z400S is a serious dirt bike designed and engineered to excel on everything from rough country roads to tight forest trails. It’s also completely street legal, with a counterbalanced engine for smooth performance around town.This bike has never been crashed, dropped or abused; only light trail use in Florida and lately in Colorado. I just bought new tires, since the sand-tires that worked well in Florida are not the best choice for the dirt roads/rocks here in Colorado. The bike has only a few superficial scratches from trailering and brushes (see pictures). I also installed a new battery recently. The bike has a free-and-clear Colorado title, the FMF exhaust system ($730) adds significant power and a rich exhaust note, adding to the fun on and off road this bike offers. The bike is jetted for the altitude here (9,000 feet), starts immediately and runs very strong. I am listing this like-new and very clean bike (see pictures) with all the upgrades at a very low reserve, as I do not get to use it enough to justify keeping it. If you look for a very strong, reliable and fuel-efficient (65mpg) bike that is fun to ride on the road and performs very strong off-road - look no further. I have sold cars and bike on ebay and have not have one negative feedback since I joined ebay in Oct of 2001. You will not find a cleaner and better cared for used off-road bike. Despite it was only used 3 weeks in the summer, the local dealership did oil- and plug service every year.
