2008 Honda CBR1000RR with brand new complete engine from Honda with 400 miles on it. This is NOT a salvage title, it just had the engine replaced due to recall. **I purchased this bike on eBay last summer with 6760 miles on it. After taking it my Honda dealership (Tom Clarke Motorsports, Belle Vernon, PA) for inspection, they replaced the clutch basket that was under factory recall. After further analysis of some engine noise, they decided to replace the entire engine (and transmission) with a brand new factory engine right out of the crate. Bike runs like new, and I've been doing the proper break-in on the new engine. I list the mileage as 7075 since that’s what the odometer reads, but the engine was replaced at 6700 miles, so new engine has less than 400 miles on it and I have documentation to prove it. Bike is in excellent condition with the following after-market parts: · Yoshimura full exhaust · Power Commander · K&N Air Filter · Vortex Adjustable Rearsets · Fender Eliminator kit · Adjustable handlebar levers · Hotbodies Smoke windscreen Bike has never been dropped or raced and is stored in garage with battery tender year round. Tires are each at 90% or better. Exhaust pipe has a small dent from when previous owner backed it into something in his garage, but bike did not fall over. Picture included. Headlights have small cracks from kicked up pebbles hitting them. Not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. Pictures included. This bike is a real rocket, light as a CBR600 with much more power and a wicked exhaust note.
