1961 Mercedes 300D seden Only 535 of these "Adenauer" were produced that year. Odometer shows 91069 miles The gas M189 engine is a 6 cylinder overhead cam with bosch fuel injection 180 hp and automatic transmission. Maintance and upkeep has been very well done. The mechanical end is right up to snuff Recent compression test show 140 pounds on all cylinders. This elegant vehile rides and drives very nice. This 300D is all original with no signs of rust (top or bottom) Paint still has a luster A few paint chips (pinhead size) All chrome is very good one dent in headlight ring and 2 dings on rear bumper. The interior is gray leather and is in very good condition including headliner Rear seat bottom has some slight cracking. Wood trim is in very good condition.
