A Completely Rebuilt Fiberglass Buggy That Will Draw More Attention Than If You Were Driving A New Corvette This 1966 VW Powered Dune Buggy Has A Awesome Period Correct Custom Orange Metal Flake Finish. Powered By A Completely Rebuilt 1600 c.c. Dual Port Engine With Many Upgrades Such As, New Exhaust System, New Progressive 2 Barrel Carburetor, New Clutch, New HEI Ignition With Coil, Engine Belly Pan With Rear Bumper And Many Many Chrome Goodies. Other New Notables Are New Brakes Front And Rear, Master Cylinder, Brake Lines, Tie Rod Ends, Shocks Front And Rear, Fuel Lines ,Sending Unit And Fuel Guage, New Tachometer, Steering Wheel, New Pedal Assy, Clutch And Cable, New Throttle Cable, New Headlights,Taillights, Parklights, Turn signal Lever, New Windshield, Seat Belts Front And Rear, Battery And Complete Floor pans And Many Other Up Grades. The Chassis Was Finished In Por 15 Paint A Very Very Durable Paint. The 12 Volt Electrical System Has Been Upgraded With A New Wiring Harness The Body And Paint Is Fantastic, The Pictures Do Not Do The Metal Flake Paint Justice It Sparkles In The Sun It Almost Hurt Your Eyes. The Flake Is Called Rainbow As It Has Several Colors Of Flake. Along With The Flake It Has A very Tasteful Stripe Down The Center Of The Buggy And On The Front Fenders. The Body Is Straight And Smooth With No Imperfections. The Paint Is New And Was Done In PPG's Base Coat Clear Coat System Then Rubbed To A High Luster. The Black Interior Is In Great Condition With New Carpet, Seats, Floor Mats And Stereo. All Guages Work As They Should As Well As The Lights, Wipers And Turn Signals.
