NOTE: THIS MOTORCYCLE HAS BEEN SOLD Purchased new in May 2003, this is a great starter bike for new riders and a great commuter bike that gets fantastic gas mileage! I bought this for my wife to learn how to ride but she lost interest so it’s up for sale. Currently has about 1620 miles and gets only occasional use to keep everything running correct. Mileage may be slightly higher at bid close as I do occasionally run errands with it; it’s a fun bike to just hop on and go. Runs perfect, starts right up, shifts smooth. In her early days my wife dropped the bike twice; once on the left and then again on the right. Both times were at very low speed but there are identical round dents on each side of the fuel tank from where the turn signal light pushed into it and some scratches on the mirrors and rear signals. All of these are shown in the photos. There is no other damage and these things are actually not very noticeable as the bike is otherwise in outstanding condition (and always garaged).
