Fully restored 1966 Ford Mustang Convertible. The body has been stripped to bare metal and sand blasted. All rust has been removed. All rusted or damaged panels have been replaced with new panels, that include floor pans, inner frame rails, torque boxes, toe boards, rear wheel houses, quarter panels, tail light panel, rear trunk brace, rear valance panel, trunk floors, inner shock towers, front fenders, hood, front valance and door shells. This car also has shaved door handles for that clean look....doors open with a remote control also a manual release under the hood. 289 V8 engine has been completely rebuilt that includes a Chrome Air Cleaner & Monte Carlo Bar. Automatic Transmission has been rebuilt with new torque converter. Front suspension has been replaced with new parts. Also has power steering rack conversion kit that is designed to give you driving comfort, especially when parking. They feature a cradle that mounts in the original chassis location with no modification, and the center support does not have to be removed also variable pressure pump for true-steering driving performance. Exterior color of the car is Midnight Black Metallic.With dark cherry racing stripes on hood and trunk..... 15x7 Chrome Wheels with lug nuts and caps. New Chrome parts include front and rear bumpers,trunk lock bezel, convertible top side chrome (hockey sticks), grille moldings, fender emblems, tail light bezels and front park lights. The weather strips and rubber pieces are all new. Windshield has been replaced and all the door glass has been replaced. Dual exhaust has been added. Interior was upgraded to black pony upholstery. Installed new bucket seat foam, new dash pad, door panels, carpet underlayment, new dash bezel and lens, steering wheel and seat belts. The stereo has custom auto sound with speaker upgrades and MP3 upgrade in glove box.....Also the factory style radio is working with the factory speaker. Added standard kick panel speakers. Black Convertible Top is new with pads, vinyl window and black top boot. The total restoration was done in 2005 and only has 1650 miles from build.
