Vehicle Detail

Original Wagon, HondaMatic (semi-automatic) with Air! This is a manual choke, 1497cc, 3 port carb. All original car. Looks good, no dents or broken glass. Nearly perfect interior, The "Air" is a laugh, and the semi-automatic 2 speed transmission is swift. The car that killed detroit at 35mpg is still running. Solid floors and rockers, the body is in good shape. Everything works but It runs a bit rough, leaks a bit of oil, and smokes a bit, lots of work done, needs more. I bought this 5 years ago, to restore. It had been sitting for 20+ years under a carport. I have a Honda mechanic in town who could do work as he was certified in 1970's by honda as a teen. We removed the gas tank and flushed it and the lines, bleed the brakes, rebuilt the carb, new water pump and oil pump, battery, wires and plugs, it had the originals still in the car. We got it running, timed and road worthy enough to drive it home. It got there, but needs all new gaskets and valve seats, as it has sat so long, like the door gaskets and window rubber, it all needs replaced. The wheel drums were rebuilt so it stops lol and actually handles very well (like a go cart). it needs very little to be finished. All original interior, no rips, headliner in good shape. Carpets are not original, but the original vinyl is underneath. Need i say more? Original Survivor. Seems it had a bad repaint in the 80's or early 90's said the 90yo I bought it from. He inherited it from his sister, who bought it new. The mechanic seems to think the mileage is original, as original wires and plugs were removed but theres no way to know. So, it is solid, with just a bit of rust on the nose of the hood, and some of the chrome on the bumpers is rusted. This is an easy restoration for the enthusiast. It Needs: Gaskets and all new rubber seals and seats. Needs very little bodywork, Chrome, paint, and a new exhaust wouldn't hurt. Complete to the wheel hubs, jack and service manual, This is a very rare Honda. VIN WBB 202 330 0. I need: $2500 and room in my garage. The reserve is at $2k I probably have 4-5k into it, as if it matters, its a love affair. I will help any way i can to help a serious bidder, but idiots and endless inquiries will be ignored. You need to have a way to get this vehicle and the money to buy it. a $500 deposit by pay pal, and cash at delivery. Title in Hand. Florida antique plates, registered till Dec.
