*** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FUNDS IN ORDER AND KNOW WHAT SHIPPING WILL COST BEFORE BIDDING !!!***EMAIL ME AND I CAN GIVE YOU A QUOTE ON SHIPPING FROM MY DOOR TO YOUR DOOR********************** PLEASE READ THE AD FULLY!!!************************ This is for a 1987 Ford F-350 Diesel Crew cab Dually pick up truck.This is a one owner truck with low miles.I have the original one owner title and all the factory books and records.It is very Solid and straight.It was only used to pull a 5th wheel travel trailer.It is showing 66K miles.The truck has set alot in its life.In the last two years it set idle and was not used at all.The paint is faded and will need repainting to be noce,but there are NO dents nor is there any rust anywhere on this truck nor is there any rust under it.The interior is in excellent shape ,right down to the factory rubber floor mat.The dash is perfect with no cracks.The truck has tilt wheel,cruise,gauge pack/w tach and A/C.It has a traction loc 3:73 rear end.The 6 tires on the truck were put on a couple of years ago,but are still like new with no dry rot.The wheels are real Alcola's.The running boards are stainless.It has a Texas drop rear bumper and a headache rack.I have a large push bar that mounts on the front bumper, will also come with it.When I got the truck it had set idle for 2 years.I drained both of the tanks and put in fresh fuel even though the old fuel still looked and smelled good.I changed the oil.The batteries are new also.******** READ THIS FULLY****Here are the issues with the truck.It will crank right up.The glow plugs work fine,but it is skipping.I thought the injectors might be bad so I put a new set it along with a new return line kit.It did not make any differance.It still skips.It does not knock or tick but it does smoke with a Heavy diesel smell.It smells like straight diesel out the exhaust.If you hold the throttle to about 2000 rpms it act like its trying to smooth out.Like a plug is trying to fire(I know it doesn't have plugs but that the best I can relate it to).It will also just about totally quit smoking.There is no water in the oil and no oil in the radiator.It is not burning oil either.It does NOT run hot nor has it ever been run hot.I am not a diesel mechanic by no means.I have been told that the truck probably has a stuck open (RUSTED)intake valve from sitting,but I can not gaurentee this.So you are buying it as is!! It will run and move under its own power, but I would strongly recommend having it transported.I can arrange to have it delivered for you,if you like.Email for a Quote!!
