2001 FORD EXCURSION LIMITED 7.3 L POWER STROKE DIESEL 4X4 You are bidding on a 2001 Ford Excursion Limited. This truck has power everything and seats eight. The front seats are heated. I have owned this truck for almost three years, and it has never been in the shop, other than routine maintenance. With 124,911 miles, the powerful 7.3 Liter Diesel engine is just broken in. These engines routinely get 300,000 plus miles. There are three very minor issues with this truck: the rear passenger door will not lock or unlock with power lock switch, the backup sensors work intermittently, and the driver seat shows minimal wear. Other than that, this truck is in excellent condition: paint is great, not a speck of rust, the engine is as powerful as when it was new, and smoke free. I left this truck stock to avoid any problems with custom parts. I have had several trucks with the 7.3 engine and have never had a problem with any of them. If you are looking for a dependable, strong, great condition vehicle, this is the one! Don’t miss out on this well maintained truck. I have had several questions about a mileage discrepancy, I have no idea what that is about. I bought the vehicle from a dealer, in the fall of 2007, with about 95,000 miles. I have no idea where the discrepancy comes from, or who made the incorrect report of about 5K miles. I can assure you the odometer has never been altered, or tampered with, on this vehicle.
