This is a great find, RARE, unrestored 1979 Pontiac Trans AM. Has all the good options, 6.6 V8, hood scoop (unmolested), rear spoiler, T-Tops (not cracked or broken) . Power windows, automatic transmission rebuilt about 1500 miles ago. I was amazed that even the dash is not cracked and destroyed. Drivers seat needs little r&r, but the rest is in great shape, even headliner. This would be great for a car nut, but for me, it was payment on a debt and I dont need it. Is registered non-op,in California, so only a $55 fee to get plates and back in the road. I does fire and run, so if you want a rocket or collectible, this is the car for you. Same owner last 20 years, stored last 5 years, always garaged...... I have enclosed lots of pictures, so look, bid and make this car go away.....The reserve is way below current NADA value. This is an original Trans AM, not a formula firebird that was converted. Vin decodes as factory 403 Trans AM....This car is a rocket, but also a rapidly appreciating asset. Car is located in Sacramento CA. Same owner last 20 years. In California its entire life, so rust is not an issue Car was stored last 5 years, so tires will need to be replaced, as they hold air, but are cracked.
