1962 Honda CB

This is very early 1962 Honda CB77 305 Superhawk. It has not run in years, but the motor turn over easily, and the trans. shifts well. It is 95% complete, and virtually rust free. I'm sure it was California bike.It would would make a great resto project, or, get it running and enjoy it for now.Here goes; The BAD stuff first!Wrong bars, no left side switch gear and clutch lever. No throttle tube, and throttle housing top. Bottom part is there.Shifter is bent a little, shifts fine. The back fender is wonky, comes with an excellent replacement fender! Wrong tail light. (Yamaha I think?) Front fender is dinged in front, needs to be straightened. No rust.Seat base is perfect, the cover is wrong. Rubber pegs and shifter are shot, the usual. The kick starter splines are shot, but the splines on the shaft coming out of the engine are fine. (??)No air cleaner tubes, side stand rubber or spring, side cover knobs and a few other small bits. Bad cables.Someone got a bit stoned back in the day and sprayed some Candy Purple paint in and around the bike. Luckily, they didn't have much paint and barely did any real damage. Maybe helped it! All right, Good Stuff! Comes with, the SIDESTAND, ultra rare and in good shape. Chain guard is perfect! New NOS left side panel (Silver),No rust, almost no corrosion.
