1972 Dodge Polara Custom Dukes of Hazzard Sheriff's Car Tribute. This car was NOT a police car. The original color was powder blue and it also had a vinyl top. I removed the vinyl top and repainted the car as you see it now. The car has the 360 V-8 engine. It runs well, the carb. could probably use a good cleaning. It drives good too. The transmission shifts clean. Outside, the car has a fresh paint job. I painted it just this past Saturday. The chrome bumpers are in decent shape. All the glass in good shape. The tires have good tread, but one tire has some cracks on the sidewall. I have installed a set of dog dish hubcaps, but the original hubcaps will come with the car. There was some rust repair done to the lower rear quarters. That was the only rust on the car except for a little surface rust here and there. Inside, The interior is in decent shape. There is a pretty good size tear in the drivers seat. Also the rear seat has a split running across the top of the seat. (see Pics) Headliner needs replaceing. Carpet is fair. The dash has the usual crack. All the lights work as well as the wipers. The trunk is solid, with just a little surface rust. It comes with the jack and original spare tire. The exaust is in good shape, as it runs quiet. This car can be driven with or without the Decals. All the decals on the car are magnetic. You can easily take them off. The light on the roof is also held on with magnets. If you are a Dukes fan, this car is for you. It is not show worthy, but would be a good car to take to the Cruise-In. The odometer is showing 27,393. Pretty sure that's not correct. The speedometer and odometer both work.This car is being sold as is. No guarantees or warranty. Please no international bidders. The reserve price is low, but I feel it's reasonable.
