1946 Ford Rat Rod Truck Completly rebuilt about 3 years ago, from top to bottom. Rolls on an 83 chevy S-10 frame, front and rear suspension is stock. Disc breaks in front and drums in rear. Rear end has been beefed up with a 3:73 gears and posi unit. Power comes from a 1960's 327 small block chevy. This engine was built to run nitrous, and has forged 11.5:1 Keith black pop up pistons, forged H beam rods and a scat steel crank shaft. Valve train consists of big comp cams solid cam shaft with a set of camel hump heads with 2.02 1.60 stainless steel valve, triple valve springs brass guides 7/16 screw in studs, Jessel 1.6 roller rockers with guideplates and girdles. Heads have been ported, polished and decked. Air and induction are from an edelbrock Victor JR. intake and 700 Holley carb with mechanical secondaries. Ignition consists of an mso 6 al box and mallery distributor. Power transferred to the rear by a rebuilt TH 350 with 3500 rpm. B&M stall converter valve body and shiftkit. Transmission has a heavy duty bellhousing. The body of the truck is painted in flat black with pinstriping. Cab and bed have a 6 inch body drop with new floors and rails. The int. has been redone in black and has a custom console and dashboard, with built in gauge pods. This truck looks and runs great. Ready to cruise or slap on slicks and race.
