Nice mostly stock BJ40 runs and drives great four wheel drive works great with locking hubs up front. Four newer 31 10.50 R15 Firestone Destination AT tires on stock style rims. Good compression and burns no oil. Very minor oil seepage from oil pan but not enough to be apparent between oil changes. Three liter Toyota B series 4 cylinder diesel will get 25 MPG on the road. Not a speedster but will cruise down the road fine at 55. Four speed manual transmission shifts great and is easy to drive. Transfer case ad rear differential recently rebuilt and all fluids changed. There is a minor exhaust leak at the bottom of the manifold also pictured. This truck can run on Bio Diesel all summer long and would be an easy conversion to full WVO or leave it as is and have a fine collectible BJ40. Body has recent paint and has had some body work done with a couple minor chips around vehicle. Pictures of the worst crack below the rear doors are shown. The doors are a little out of alignment in rear but close and secure fine. However the rear right corner is not water tight. However original floor is in great shape and original seats are still very usable. This car is good to go as is for a daily driver or weekend trail rig or put in some time and have $30k BJ40 Original. Put on a soft top and have a great summer cruiser. Truck originated from Costa Rica but has a clean and clear Colorado title. Drivers side window regulator needs fixed have a new one but it needs mated up. I have tried to highlight the bad on the vehicle so the buyer know what they are getting but it is a 30 + year old truck and as such is not perfect but its runs great and is extremely reliable. I personally drove it home 7000 kilometers from Costa Rica and all I had to do was change the oil once. I can attest to its durability. As a tropical spec cruiser though it is lacking amenities with no heater or AC it is just a truck that will go forever.
