Vehicle Detail
Thanks for looking at my listing. I am selling my 1991 Nissan 300ZX 2+2 5-Speed manual. The Car is in pretty good shape. it has been sitting in my garage for the past 3 years. I bought this vehicle about 5 years ago in order to get me around town and ended up keeping it as they are real fun cars. I planned on doing some work on it, but I have no time and I hate seeing it just sit. I had it inspected last year and on the road a bit. It is running pretty rough though due to sitting. It really needs someone to give it some TLC. It has a few dings and small dents. The Leather seats are worn and ripped in all of the typical places. The stereo and speakers have been removed. there is currently an old Kenwwod Head unit and Sony EQ in the dash, but no speakers. tweeters were removed in the doors, so there are holes in the door panels from these. Could use a new battery as the current one needs a jump here and there. There is an oil leak. I am finding some oil under the car, that will need to be looked at also. All in all, a great project car for someone who can clean her up and replace pieces here and there. It is not perfect and really needs some love. I would reccommend towing the vehicle home so that the injectors can be cleaned up (old gas). I have been storing it and starting it up every month or so for the past few years. The car has had a timing belt and all of the necessary parts put in as needed. When I bought it in 2005 I put in all new platinum tip plugs, Kelly Charger tires, timing belt and other items that were needed due to the mileage and typical wear and tear. The car is being sold as is. It is definately a project car and not a daily driver, though with some love it could be. There are many little things that need fixing like one of the pillars on the inside needs to be re-attached. Some of the waetherstripping and seals could be replaced. Mostly typical care for a car that has been driven and is almost 20 years old. It was very reliable for me when I had it on the road before I put it up. ( I put it up due to a blown power steering pump which has since been replaced) The paint needs some buffing and touch up. There are many nicks and chips in the front and the front fascia is cracked. (see pics) I also have a car cover that will be sold with the car. It is a nice cover that keeps it protected.
