1999 black Mercury Cougar for sale. 5spd, black interior, 4cyl. The car runs strong, but does need some work. It will need four new tires, and probably some brake work. The brake pedal gets a slight vibration in it sometimes when braking at highway speeds. Most likely due to a warped brake rotor. The front bumper will need to be replaced, as well the drivers side fender. The timing belt went out at around 150,000 miles, and we had the entire head and valvetrain replaced with a brand new one. Othat than that, there have been no major problems with the car. The car gets between 28-30mpg and shifts fine through all gears. It was a daily driver up until two weeks ago, so it can be driven away without a problem. The car has a full set of Infinity speakers all the way around. Don't remember the model's of the speakers though. I replaced them about 2 or 3 years ago. I have taken out the Pioneer head unit that was in the car, so it has no radio. I put that into my other vehicle. This is a great car to use as a grocery getter, or to take back and forth to work. Great gas mileage and nice power.
