1978 Trans Am Y82 W72 HURST TOPS - PROJECT CAR All Original Including Drivetrain! For whatever reason engine removed from car in the 90's and then parked outside. Real Y82, W72, matching block, cylinder heads, intake, transmission, (no dist,carb,air cleaner,shaker). Engine accessory brackets and pulleys as shown are included. Perfect rear frame rails & spring pockets. The cowl, door jambs, trunk jamb and T-bar are rust free. Hurst tops and trim in excellent condition, dash pad is flawless. Needs rear floor patch pans, p/s front patch pan, p/s door, d/s upper quarter, p/s lower quarter. Has several small pinholes in one area of front subframe. This car has been in Florida it's entire life. Ziebarted when new but did develop some rust from moisture. Have pictures of just about every square inch from top to bottom, including detailed photos with the interior removed. Please request additional pictures and info if interested. Available for complete inspection anytime. Wheels and tires in the ad do not come with the car. The original four unrestored snowflake wheels will be on the car with a set of tires suitable for transporting. The newly restored wheels shown in the ad are available for an additional $600. Tons of original owner paperwork and related documents where in the glovebox and will accompany the car. Realize this is a complete disassemble and restoration project. Please ask questions!
