this auction is for TWO 1963 fairlanes. both cars have been partially dismantled. both are 2 door hardtops. the first one (red car) is an unfinished project. the original 260 v8 and 3- speed standard trans have been replaced with (what i think) is a 67 289 and automatic trans. (standard pedels are still present) previous owner stated that this engine was started and running about 8 months ago. the car was taken off the road a couple of years ago to perform a restoration. i have not heard the engine run. it turns over freely and is complete. (i have no keys ) it has an alum intake and a double pumper holley carb. shifter is on the floor. this car is very solid. there are a few SMALL holes in the floor pans and on the outside of the body. most of the holes in the floor pans are man made???. frame rails, torque boxes, wheel boxes, 1/4 drops and trunk are rust free. most of the rest of the body is also rust free. the interior is all new. the bucket seats are from a 66 fairlane. all seat covering, front and rear door panels, package tray, and headliner are new. never been installed. (that cost over $1000 by itself) MOST all the trim is pressent. glass is all present and not broken. the second car, (white car) is also a factory 260 automatic. drive line is complete and in unknown condition. this body is also mostly complete. there is some rust but not a total rust bucket. there should be enough parts to make one complete car and nearly complete second car. both cars roll freely and could be traillered with no problem. white car has a complete set of locks with keys. it has a door tag and a NC title. red car was bought out of GA., so it will be sold with a bill of sale only. (GA. is a non title state) there is no door tag this is a great project, with most parts to complete and MANY spare parts. the white car could be saved, it is not that bad. i could deliver one car (time perminting) for a aggreed upon price. any questions please call me on my cell.
