Here is a unique opportunity for any vintage motorcycle enthusiast. You are bidding on a fully reconditioned and currently licensed 1965 Honda 305 Dream Touring motorcycle, with many custom manufactured accessories that are rarely available and nearly $1000 of new (new old stock) and used spare parts. Engine, transmission and clutch work excellently. The bike rides very nicely and is fully ready to go. 14,860 original miles Motorcycle specifications: NEW slightly oversized vintage style 3.50" front and rear tires, tubes and liners. NEW air filter and fuel filter. NEW quality paint job with color matched touch-up spare paint included. NEW rear brake shoes (already installed). NEWLY upholstered seat with all new padding. NEW counter shaft and rear drive sprocket's and chain. NEW custom chromed quality handlebar grips and mirrors. NEW high-performance carburetor rebuild with slightly oversized jets that give the bike a very nice "lope" when idling that sounds nearly identical to a Harley Davidson, and NEW custom mufflers that add additionally to the nice exhaust note. Custom accessories include: Windshield, fully braced in four locations to prevent any fluttering or wind vibration. Front and rear turn signals with electronic flasher, on-handlebar LED indicator and audible beeper. Highway bars with LED clearance lights and extremely bright rows on left and right sides of white high output LEDs that work with the high and low beam headlight switch and work as driving lights. Highbeam indicator, neutral indicator, taillight / stoplight, and license plate illumination have been converted to LEDs (light emitting diodes). The headlight bulb element has been modified for easy replacement to be able to use commonly available motorcycle headlight bulbs, also a 3 watt extremely high output Lexion LED has been incorporated in the headlight reflector as a safety / parking or walking light. Custom manufactured saddlebag racks and custom backrest (sissy bar), and a heavy-duty luggage rack have also been installed. Custom manufactured gas tank fuel valve. Spare parts include (not installed): NEW cables, front brake shoes, points, additional spare front counter shaft sprocket, in-handlebar elliptical throttle spline. USED complete spare clutches (2), electric starter, and nearly complete entire spare engine already dismantled and neatly bagged. Random additional used spare parts also included. Additional information: All custom accessories were painstakingly manufactured to fit this particular bike, all accessories were made to fit with original bolts and mounting holes to prevent any modifications or alterations to the original motorcycle design. Therefore if desired any or all accessories may be removed to leave the bike original if you wish.
