I drive a lot of miles because of my commuting distance so I purchase a car for about a year and then sell it. This G6 had about 25,000 miles on it when I bought it and now I have a little less than 49,000 on it. I am still driving the car so it may have slightly more than 49,000 after this week. I have changed the oil every 5,000 to 7,000 miles. That is about all the maintenance I have had to do to the car with the exception of a new windshield about 2 months ago. I haven’t owned a four cylinder car in over twenty years until I purchased this G6. Those gas prices from two years ago influenced my purchase decision. With the uncertainty of gas prices, I decided to try a four cylinder and I was pleasantly surprised. This car has plenty of zip and the steering is very responsive. We have plenty of snowy weather here in Michigan and the car handled great with the optional traction control. The car feels very tight, handles solidly, and seems to be well built. The engine is smooth and quiet at cruise, but has a nice growl when you step on it. The automatic transmission shifts smooth. The color is a nice subtle gold with a subdued cloth pattern on the seats. The windows are tinted about 30% which gives the car a great custom look, adds privacy, and cuts down on the glare. I am a 40ish driver and the kids were rarely in the car. The interior is clean with just a few scuffs, no smoke and no pets. The car has never been in an accident as far as I know. There are a couple of dings where someone has opened their door on the sides of the car. And, there is a slight indentation in front of the passenger rear wheel that I only noticed when I hand wash the vehicle. The plastic bumpers have no rips or scrapes and no chips-to-metal in the paint that I can see. The car has plenty of options. The car has cruise control functions on the steering wheel along with radio controls. The radio has 12 FM presents with 6 AM presents and a 5 disc CD player. This has a tilt wheel, power locks, power windows, and a power driver’s seat. The car comes with factory floor mats at all four positions. A really nice option is the rear fold down seats that allow you to put long items like a shovel from Home Depot or skis inside the trunk. The anti-lock brakes work good and the air conditioning blows strong and cold. I would probably drive on the current tires another 15,000-20,000. The only thing that I can think of that does not work properly is the power truck button on the driver’s door. Sometimes it will work and sometimes not. I simply use the button on the key fob which always works. This car does not have a sunroof even though I think the auto-fill placed it as an option. No warranty--as is. An inspection or test drive can be arranged. Here are the terms of the sale. Get preapproved on your financing and then you will know if you can afford to bid on this car. A $200 nonrefundable deposit is due via pay pal within 24 hours of the sale. Cash or certified bank check (that I can verify with a phone call) for the remaining auction amount within 7 days, or upon vehicle pick up, which ever comes first. This vehicle has a lien on it. I will sign off on the title and you can have possession of the car when I have the cash or certified check. The bank will release the lien when the check clears, which will probably take a couple of days. I’m no power seller, but I sell a couple of things a year to try and keep the clutter to a minimum. I have a good rating and will try and answer your questions. I work, run kids to soccer, and have other obligations, so be patient, and I will get to your question (usually morning and night). No inspections or test drives the final day of auction. I will stop answering questions about 6 hours prior to the end of the auction.
