It is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic shape. No known mechanical or operational defects or problems. Excellent use and maintenance history. All fluids, including SMG transmission, brake lines, radiator, differentials, flushed and filled with new in May, 2009, along with stainless steel brake lines. New alternator belt and AC belt in June, 2009. Centric dimpled and slotted rotors, along with Axxis (PBR) ceramic brake pads installed, front and rear, September, 2009. New BMW genuine logo floor mats and trunk mat placed in February, 2009. Tires are Continental Contact with approximately 70%+ tread front, 60%+ tread rear (225/45/18 front; 255/40/18 rear). Interior in near new/excellent condition. Only sign of use is slight wear starting to show (shinier leather) on the driver’s side lower and side bolster from entry/exit pattern. Passenger seat and rear seats look unused. Carpet, dash, trim, aluminum trim are all in excellent condition. Exterior also in excellent condition. One scratch on driver’s door near handle, and one rub mark on molding on passenger door (neither show up in pictures). The lower front valence does have some rock chips in the paint, and has had prior paint chips touched-up. Professionally mixed touch-up paint will be included, and some prior chips have been touched up, but I did not touch these prior to photos so they could be more readily seen (see 5th photo below fog lights on lower front air dam). That is not correct. The original owners owned the vehicle from April, 2003 - September, 2008 and only put 13,700 miles on the car in that time! They lived in the Newport Beach area and probably did only use it on weekends and special occasions. The car was then traded in at a Mercedes dealership and then went through Pacific SW auto auction, was acquired by a Jaguar dealer in Houston, Texas, and I then bought it from them in winter, December, 2008. Thus, I am the second actual owner who is using the car, excluding from this calculation dealers or auctions that have held, transferred or sold the car. I have obviously driven the car more than the original owner (I've put on almost 9000 miles in about a year and a half), but my miles have also been primarily summer, over the road, and good weather miles. This is a fourth car for me, so I have not had to use it in the two winters I have owned it or in bad weather. In short, it is a meticulously maintained, lightly used two-owner car with low mileage!
