I am selling my 1987 BMW 325ic e30 convertible (cabrio). It is black with red leather interior and a 5-speed manual transmission. It is a 23 year old car and needs some work, but is in running condition. The most negative part of the car is that it has some rear end body damage and it has a front end shake around 65mph (most likely tie rods...). This car has very low miles at 90,700. Please see the detailed images, I did my best to take pictures of all angles of the car. If you would like any more photos please ask and I will take them for you. Since the photos were taken last weekend I replaced the missing front passenger side running light that was missing. I purchased the car late last year with the intentions of restoring it completely. I picked it up from Washington DC and drove it to Delaware. I then gave it a full tune-up in October including; -Timing Belt & Tensioner -Water Pump -new thermostat -AC, Power Steering & Alternator belts (3) -New Distributor cap & rotor -New spark plugs and plug wires -New coil pack -All new coolant hoses -Antifreeze flush -new air filter -new o2 sensor The parts alone for the tune-up were a little over $600, I thought I was going to keep this car and used only the best parts and made sure to research what parts were best for an e30. The only other items I was going to do to complete the tune up were a valve adjustment and fuel filter change. I then drove it 10 miles and stored it for the winter. I found another car I fell in love with and decided I didn't have time to do a ful- restore on this car so I am selling it. Last week I drove down to Delaware to pick the car up and drove it back to NYC where it currently is so that I can sell it. I gave it an oil change and a good cleaning first. It made the 150 mile dive with no problems. Besides the rear end damage most of the rest of the car is in pretty good shape. I never bothered to register it, so i have the signed (clear) title from the previous owner ready to hand over to the purchaser. There is a $200 deposit due through paypal at auction end, the rest should be paid in cash at time of pickup. The car is currently located in Williamsburg, brooklyn.
