1997 Porsche Boxster with 5 speed. New brakes all around, with ceramic pads and new slotted drilled rotors. Fresh oil change and service with Mobile 1. No error codes. AC blows cold. Heat is great. Everything works as it should and has had all appropriate service, w/receipts. This Boxster needs nothing and can be driven anywhere. Clean Carfax with no prior damage. New convertible top installed one year ago at cost of $1,500.00. No scratches, dings, etc. The wheels are supposed to be take-offs from an 07 Cayman, but I've seen the same style on late model Boxsters. The 07' wheels give it a fresh look and fill out the rear wheel wells nicely. Michelin Pilot Sports with good tread, 235 50ZR 17's in back, 205 55 ZR 17's in front. Nobody believes it's a 97' until I tell them. It is beautiful! This car is much more fun to drive than my old 911 (no offense intended to fellow Porsche brethren). Once you drive a Boxster, you will understand. These cars are FUN. I get nothing but compliments when I drive it and it never fails to put a smile on my face. It has an aftermarket radio with CD player and door speakers and is equipped with Satelite radio, although I haven't activated it. It is fun to just listen to the sound of the engine, which is nothing short of intoxicating. I do have the original wheels with four brand new tires installed. I would like the vehicle to be picked up shortly after close of auction and would appreciate cash or certified funds before it leaves my hands. I do not offer shipping, so you are on your own in that regard. I don't mind helping and can give you the name of a reputable car hauler, if you like. I have the clear title in my possession. I will consider a trade toward a Mercedes CLK 430 or CLK 55AMG or E320 CDI only. I can pay cash difference as necessary. If you show up and feel that I have misrepresented this vehicle in any way, or are otherwise just not satisfied, you will not be obligated to finish purchase, with no hard feelings and no negative feedback. I'm having trouble with my left hip and I think the clutch may be exacerbating my condition. It would not otherwise be for sale.
