This bike has been always garaged in mild temperature. I am selling it because I am farming and have no time whatsoever to enjoy it. Besides the regular standard original equipment the bike has the following original BMW extra options: heated seat and handles, cup holder and speed radar detector. Later I added a holder for a Zumo 550 GPS connected by a BMW dealer. The Zumo 550 itself is not included with the bike. There is no factory warranty for this bike. I had two lay downs with this bike. One in a rest area at over 100 degress temperature. The stand went through the pavement and the bike tip over. The only visible damage is a small scratch in the side rubber protector. The second happened in my muddy drive way leaving my farm. A crack in the lower portion of the right side plastic cover is the result of this tip over (please see the picture) and a small scratch in the rubber protector. I consider these two happenings very minor and otherwise the bike is in excellent condition. There is a small scratch in the handle near the installed GPS holder.
