This SS was custom painted 6 years ago in electric blue and with the exception of a couple of nics is still near perfect. The interior was redone with all new seat covers, door panels, carpet etc. The interior looks great and has the original console with gauges, there is also a nice sounding Pioneer CD system. The engine was totally rebuilt less than 1500 miles ago and runs perfectly. This is not a race car, but does make decent power power. It is a stroked 350 (383) with World heads and a mild cam. The car has a 4speed Muncie trans with a Hurst shifter and the heavy duty 12 bolt rear end. The entire front end was rebuilt including ball joints, tie rods, bushings, shocks etc. The car drives amazingly well, no pulling or sway. The two modifications that bought the car up to the 21 Century were the quick ratio power steering box an the front power disc breaks. These two items really made a tremendous difference. There is a custom exhaust system that amplifies that old school Chevy sound. The car is almost perfect except for few of the original gauges, horn and heater motor do not work. I might be interested in trading for a 6spd C-5 Corvette. I would add money for the right Vette.
