Vehicle Detail

1971 MUSTANG MACH 1 This is a true MACH 1!! The paint is NICE Grabber Blue and draws the crowd. Alot of money was put in paint alone I havent seen any fish eyes, orange peel, or trash in the paint. VERY SLICK. The car was fitted with a ram air hood to add to the look of this MACH 1, it is not functional but can be for less than $100.00 Interior is complete and very nice . No rips or tears, New carpet, Head liner, retro fit digital am/fm stereo with a 10-disc cd changer in the trunk!! The console was removed by previous owner and a hurst shifter was installed in its place. All the glass is in great shape including the windshield with no chips or cracks, the doors open and shut perfectly, weather stripping is still in great shape as well as all the stainless trim pieces. This car is fitted with a 351 Cleveland which is not original to the car. Motor has a small cam in it and full flowmaster exhaust with headers has a very good sound to it. I am not sure which heads are on the car or any of the details internally but the car is very peppy and does not smoke or burn any oil. It is backed with a C4 tranny which shifts out perfectly. Car has power steering, and A/C! The A/C is all new but does need to be finished. The only thing it needs is the hoses made from the compressor(which is new) to the condensor. Blower motor works on all fan speeds as should and all controls work for head, feet, defrost selections. Of course the heater works great!! Now the Bad: The car has been sitting in the garage and thats all it has done so it has developed a power steering leak and an exhaust leak that I have noticed . It may have other leaks but I have not noticed any, just the power steering because it leaks on my floor. Trunk pan will need to be replaced, it is covered with the trunk lining but is rusted under neath. There is also some rust on the front cross member as well please see pics.. The floors look very good and solid. All the body panels on the car look great, I have notice some bondo in the fenders but just looked to be filler bondo. All in all this car is in very good shape although it is not a trailer queen it will present its self very well at any show or stop light! Tires are new and I would feel very comfortable driving this car anywere. Please feel free to ask any questions before bidding. I will take and email any pictures you would like. This car is a real MACH 1 and not a clone!! I would prefer local pick up but will work with the buyer on shipping which will be totally up to the buyer. I have a large parking lot I can meet any transport in. Payment is straight forward. If you are paying with a cashiers check I will deposit it and wait until the bank clears the funds, I will also take a wire transfer, and of course cash in hand (prefered). I require a $200 deposit through paypal within 48 hours of auction end. Please bid with confidence and feel free to ask all questions except for reserve before bidding. I will provide my number to serious buyers if you prefer phone conversation. Thanks and good luck!!!
