You are bidding on a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD 4x4 with 116K miles on it. This truck has the 6.0L Gas Engine and an automatic transmission. This truck is a regular cab short bed. It is the base package but has a bunch of upgrades. It came from the factory with AC, cruise, AM/FM stereo, and a tow package. It has had power windows installed and the rubber flooring has been covered with carpeting. It has a Cobra CB Radio as well. This truck has a matching shell and spray in bed liner. It also has a Detroit locking rear differential and an Atlas twin stick transfer case. The transfer case would cost you around $3000, and the locker is around $450 new. The twin stick transfer case allows you to have 2wd low range as well as run in front wheel drive only in addition to the regular 4wd settings. The factory transfer case was replaced and upgraded due to failure at some point. This truck is in good shape inside and out with only a few minor flaws. The exterior of the truck has a minor scrape on the dirvers side cab corner shown in the pictures and some minor hail damage on the hood. The interior is in great shape except for a small wear mark on the drivers side seat shown in the pictures. The tires have about 40% tread remaining. This truck runs and drives well. You will notice the rear locker if you have not driven a vehicle with an automatic locking differential before. When applying power in a corner the inside tire will scuff the ground surface. Under coasting conditions, in a corner or driving straight down the road you will not notice a difference. Mechanically the only know defect is a small exhaust leak on both driver and passenger side exhaust manifolds. I just put a brand new battery in the truck last week. I have personally put around 250 miles on the truck and it runs and drives great. I am a licensed, bonded and insured Colorado used car dealer.
