1988 Honda CR

I have for auction a 1988 Honda CR250R. It is stock with the exception of the pipe which is a FMF with a DEVOL roost guard. The silencer is by JR ANSWER racing with a spark arrestor. It is in really great shape with lots of recent work. I picked it up from a friend of mine about 8 weeks ago and then went through it. Replacing the crank bearings and seals, the top end, the clutch kit and springs, the rear brake pads, the air filter, the fork boots, the grips, 1 gear in the transmission, all new gaskets throughout the engine, flushed the radiators and put in new Maxima coolanol, and also new MOTUL trans-oil. I also rebuilt the rear brake caliper, and flushed and bled the front master cylinder, stripped the carb down and cleaned it as well as put in new jets. It's not 100% perfect. It has a small tear in the seat, the front brake line shows its age, and it has a small dent in the frame on the left side under the engine (seems to be common on bikes this old). But the subframe is straight and except for the small dent in the frame as described previously, the rest of the frame is straight and true with no cracks or other damage at all. The chain and sprockets are in excellent shape, the tires are to. For a 22 year old bike it is still in great shape. Also, the 20 as listed in the miles, (is actually 20 minutes of break in time) not miles. Which includes stand break in time, and 2 brief 5 minute rides, since the engine was gone through.
