Vehicle Detail
I'm selling my completely original landcruiser. This was purchased new and owned by only two people within the same town. It's packing only 53K original miles, top has never been off and the drivetrain has never been abused in the least. The paint and interior are still what it came with the day it was built. The paint is thin in some areas as the pics detail, but most of the truck is still near perfect. The motor runs like a timex, it always fires on the first hit. The trans and 4 wheel drive work flawlessly. This particular year was the first if I recall that you could engage the 4x4 from within the cab rather than outside. It's virtually rust free, It has a small bit on the upper fender that could easily be repaired without replacing the fender. The floorpan has a very slight amount on the drivers side. The sides are draped in aluminum that has been there for years and was skillfully placed on there for protection, no rust has formed behind any of it as near as we can tell and from every inspection we have done. It drives like a brand new machine, it's never been abused in the least. It's extremely road worthy and has new brake cylinders and tires are less than a year old. There isnt a dent in it anywhere and the glass hasnt so much as a rock chip. Everything works, of which is rather amazing on this age vehicle! For the purist this is a find, we didnt even bother with the seats as they are the original as well and a bit tattered but adds to the mystique of it all! It's a solid truck and one that you wont be disappointed with, It wouldnt be up for sale if I had a place to safely store it and family wasnt such a priority at this particular time. Someones going to end up with a winner of a rig! My reserve is far below what I paid for it so Im prepared to sell it, I dont have a rediculous number in mind as most do! Good luck.
