This is the last chance to buy this wonderful car at a steal of a price! You won't find one a nice as this for anywhere near my "buy it now" price. This thing is brand new! This beautiful Clubman has an interesting history. A one owner car, it was parked next to something that got very hot (a trash can fire is my guess). The Clubman's left side got hot enough to discolor the paint and melt the plastic trim on the exterior on that side, but there was no interior damage and no damage to the metal itself. Because the car was so brand new (approximately 1300 miles), this cosmetic damage was enough to declare the car a total loss for the original owner. There was no collision or mechanical damage -- only the cosmetic damage as shown in the "before" picture. There was no damage of any kind on the other side of the car. All parts were replaced with genuine BMW/Mini OEM parts and the paint was done by a shop recommended by our local Mini dealer (the Mini dealer doesn't have their own paint shop). You can't tell it has ever been worked on - the paint matches perfectly. The car looks simply magnificent and I can't imagine the new owner being unhappy with this fantastic little Clubman when it's seen in real life. It smells new (since it is new), and is in wonderful condition everywhere. The car is fully loaded with Two-Tone Leather (actually leatherette - but what most Mini owners refer to as Leather) Dynamic Stability Package, Sport Package, Panoramic Roof W/ Power Sunroof, Automatic Transmission, CD Player, Power Doors and Windows, Airconditioning with Auto-zone Comfort, Oversize Factory Rims and Low Profile Tires, etc,. I believe it has every available option except navigation. I phoned the local Mini dealer (BMW/Mini of Dallas) and gave them the VIN of this car to see if it still had warranty coverage. I was told it has full manufacturer's warranty coverage until 5/5/2013 or 50K miles and maintenance coverage until 5/5/2012 or 36K miles. I suggest you contact your local Mini dealer and confirm this, as salvage title vehicles usually lose their warranty coverage. It may be that because this one wasn't wrecked that they are still honoring it, but it is up to the buyer to confirm this fact. ***Be sure to check with your bank before choosing the "buy it now" option or bidding on this car. I've learned that some banks will not finance rebuilt title cars (although my bank, USAA does, and I'm sure lots of others do as well).***
