1983 Honda ATC 70 Blue 3 Wheeler for Parts or Repair Vehicle Description 1983 Honda ATC 70 three wheeler for parts or repair. The fenders are shot and tires are shot. The engine is not locked. Missing coil and recoil. You dont see many blue ones out there. Sold as is and all sales final. I can hold it for the winner, but it needs to be paid for before hand.
