! IF IT DOESN'T SELL, I HAVE TO STORE IT This Honda XRL is highly customized. The engine is rebuilt with a high compression piston. The tranny is from a 2002 with less than 4 K miles. It is a blast to ride! It has a carbon muffler with a removable baffle for street use. An oil cooler from a Honda dirt bike is installed. Front forks are professionally lowered. The 18" front wheel and brake caliper are from a BMW 650 GS. The rear shock is from a Suzuki street bike, the rear wheel is a CR item. It has an aluminum tank from a Yamaha XT500 (which needs a paint job; or enjoy it as is!). Speedo is a Trailtech. The frame was powder coated, but has a rust spot on the left side (see pic). It starts up no problem and handles excellent! As you can see, it is not new! It is well used, and I would not dream of parting with it, but I'm moving overseas and have to sell everything. I still have the stock forks and rear shock (actually also from a 2002), they are for sale in a separate auction. The mileage in the auction is the mileage of the transmission. The frame of course has much more, just under 10,000 when I got it. The wheels and bearings are all good, straight and true, but I have no idea how many miles they have. This is a solid bike, well built and lots of fun! With the 18" rear and big Pirelli tire it is pretty fast on the highway. Still lifts easily in 3rd! Please ask any questions!
