I'm selling my gorgeous single-owner 2015 Mazda CX-5 Sport. I love this car and I think you will too. In addition to its good looks, it is in pristine condition and is a ton of fun to drive. With great gas mileage (33.5 mpg) to take you where you want to go, top-of-the-line safety ratings to help you get there in one piece, and Mazda-level reliability to help you sleep at night, what more do you need in a vehicle? My wife and I no longer need the extra vehicle so we decided to pay it off and sell it slightly below market value to get it off our hands. Owners: Just me. I purchased this new, have been its only driver, and have babied it for its entire life. The vehicle history report says there are 2 owners because we added my wife is a co-owner on the title and registration to make going to the DMV easier. I purchased this vehicle new from a dealership and have never sold or transferred ownership. Transmission: This SUV has a 6-speed MANUAL transmission (please note that this is not an automatic transmission vehicle). It shifts more smoothly than any standard I've driven. Mileage: 74,500 miles. Most of these were highway miles commuting between Rochester and Buffalo. (Note: we've moved to Chicago, which is why you'll see IL listed as the location of the sale.) MechanicalEverything works great mechanically. The vehicle has no known or suspected issues.The car rides smoothly and quietly, with no unusual noises.Great acceleration. 155 horsepower, 150 lb-ft torque.AC works great and blows very cold.No warning lights on (see dash photo).It has never missed and oil change and has received regular maintenance at the dealership. I purchased this car while they were doing a free oil change for life promotion, so I always kept an eye on when I was due for one and had them do their full multi-point inspection each time I brought it in. They kept the fluids topped off and let me know any time something needed to be tuned, flushed, or replaced.I have a complete record of the maintenance history. ElectricalThe electronics all work great. There are no known or suspected issues with them.Push-button engine start! As long as your key is within the car, the push-button starter will work. It's nice to be able to leave your keys in your pocket while driving.AM/FM/CD/MP3 4-speaker audio system with USB aux audio input and charging. My long daily commute was made much more enjoyable because I could play audiobooks from my iPhone while it charged.Audio controls and cruise controls on the steering wheel. BrakesFront brakes and rotors both replaced new at the dealership with light useRear brakes and rotors both replaced new at the dealership with light use Tires: Four Continental Cross Contact LX20 225/65R17 102T all-season tires (purchased new on 2/24/18 at $587). They have seen little mileage as I stopped commuting 2 months later. See image with penny for tread. BodyThis car has never been in an accident! It is in fantastic shape.There are some ever-so-thin scratches on the paint from highway driving. The metallic ("Meteor Gray") paint makes these normal scratches unnoticeable unless you are very close. There are also a few tiny surface paint chips (no rust) from normal highway driving that are easily repairable and are not noticeable until you get very close.The rear bumper has a tiny ding in the middle of the plastic section from I assume someone's failed attempt at parallel parking behind me. There are no markings or discoloration, so it's barely noticeable (see the picture of the rear).There are a few fine scratches on some of the interior panels (from grocery bags and build-it-yourself furniture boxes. I don't think anyone riding with me has ever noticed. The only reason I've noticed is because I clean my car very carefully and get close enough to see everything.There is one small "star" on the windshield which was immediately professionally repaired with a lifetime guarantee from the company to not spread (I was told by the technician that the guarantee is not transferrable). There is one additional mark that the tech told me was not a star but a minor surface mark that would never spread.The pocket on the back of the driver's seat has a small separation between the top of the seat pocket and the back of the seat that it's supposed to be stitched into (see the picture of the back seat). It is easily repairable with a small sewing kit and black thread, though I suppose you could pay a small amount to have it done professionally.*I specifically mention the above flaws for the sake of transparency, but really none of them take anything away from the beauty and quality of this car.
