For sale is a 1991 Corvette ZR-1 King of the Hill. This corvette is a well preserved 70000 mile example of one of the coolest cars of the 90s. I have owned it two years and put @ 500 miles on it. Just got back from a 100 mile round trip and it performed just fine. Not going to spend a lot of time describing the C4 ZR-1. If you are looking at my listing I assume you know what you are looking at. My 91 example is in very good shape. Paint appears original and is holding up well. Interior is in great shape as well, no major blemishes or issues. Tires are older but have like new tread. Wheels are original and in great shape. I have both tops, painted and smoked glass. Both tops are in good shape. In my two years of ownership I have replaced the starter, both fuel pumps, drivers seat track, both outside door window trims and a new battery. It still has some needs I haven’t addressed yet. Passenger seat track needs replaced, radio has display but no sound. This is a recent development. I verified no power to speakers but that is as far as I got. Passenger headlight wobbles when in use. Bought a rebuild kit but haven’t got around to installing it. A/C blows warm but everything is there and compressor spins freely. Hasn’t been converted to R134 so you can go that route or you can just fill it with R12. It takes 4-5 seconds to start if it has been sitting. I thought the fuel pumps would address that but I was wrong. Always starts so I didn’t go any further. I thinks that’s it, good and bad. I’m consolidating my collection and letting this car go to someone else. I am on the wrong side of 55 and this car is a pain in the ass to get in and out of for me.
