It appears that the body was cut to sit it a VW pan but then common sense prevailed. We have the front suspension torsion tubes and a rear torsion tube that need to be welded onto the body. There is no floor in the car. The trunk floor will need replaced. This is only a shell with no mechanicals. We have a clean PA title on file.
