Vehicle condition is consistent with commercial usage. Air Compressor has not been tested. Generator POWERED ON, seemed to be running OK, but it was not used to power anything. Price does not include taxes which may or may not be collected at the point of sale, depending on customer's residence location. My inventory is a mix - Some units/equipment I own, some I sell on a consignment basis, and some I broker and source to some companies with commercial needs. I only sell commercial equipment and vehicles, and only rarely sell passenger vehicles. Since I am oriented towards a commercial market, I try to be completely open and prefer a "hands-off" approach. I do not engage in typical dealer gimmicks, like charging Documentation Fees or by playing the 'salesperson' role as you may find in almost all car dealerships. So, what you see is what you get, and the only extra cost will be a $25 fee for customers from out-of-state who need a temporary plate to drive a vehicle home. If there is a major mechanical failure of core components, you have a two-week period to return vehicle for a full refund, minus transport costs. Core components are the engine, transmission, and drive axle. Also, refund in such a case will be issued after a mechanical inspection is completed by my preferred Service Tech. Inspection is done in order to determine the nature of the failure - if it was due to pre-existing factors that caused the damage, or if it was caused by some negligence or abuse after the sale was completed. If there was significant damage before the purchase and that damage led to a core component malfunction, refund in full will be issued. However, if that is not the case, and damage occurred after the sale was completed due to abuse or negligence after vehicle possession and ownership was secured by the Customer, then no refund will be issued. I always urge and prefer inspection by a customer prior to purchase, either thru a third-party facility of customer's choice or in person. If the distance to a preferred inspection facility is reasonable, I will take it there, and pick it up post-inspection. Inspection costs will have to be paid by the customer. Some of my customers in the past have sent an inspector to do an inspection on-site also. I have encountered unpleasant situations in the past, similar to experiences that most Ebay sellers face at times; where the Feedback feature at the core of Ebay's market, is used as leverage after the sale by the purchaser in order to dishonestly exact compensation in financial terms. This will not be tolerated, and I have no issue involving Ebay's arbitration if such a situation occurs.
