Vehicle Detail
Unfortunately, I have been forced to sell a couple of fun projects- the result of which is this stellar deal on this gorgeous 1977 Firebird Trans Am Clone Resto Mod. This car has been through a meticulous professional restoration process. I slept easy knowing that the project was underway graced by a new hood, floor pans, trunk deck, windshield and rear quarters, ensuring a solid foundation for the screaming chicken. Nestled inside of this solid cradle was a mildly built 350 small block stroker (rebuilt in May) to allow business on the weekdays and asphalt shredding on the weekends. Wrapping up the package is a wicked black paint job graced with signature gold accents, harking to a bandit replica but with added torsional rigidity and without the corrosion and mold problems that can curse T-Tops. It was at this point in the build that I took delivery of the car: with the majority of the difficult work completed, all that's really needed to finish this car is an interior kit. Many of the original interior pieces are included inside the car, but they have been removed and are in rough (but salvageable) shape. The car also seems to need the carburetor dialed in (the engine is still technically in the break in period), and is in need of some miscellaneous trim pieces, to include a shaker base, weather seals, locks, and marker lights. For this reason, the car will need to be transported from this location to be completed (can be driven onto transport, but is not legal to drive). Actual mileage unknown. With very little time and initial money invested, you can be the proud owner of an automobile that is instantly worth thousands above your purchase price. I had been targeting a $20,000 build, and though I hate to be getting rid of one of my dream cars so close to completion I don't have a choice. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO GIVE THIS CAR THE RESPECT THAT IT DESERVES. Money aside, this is a fantastic piece of engineering and art that I would hate to see go to waste. Please contact me with any and all questions.
