Vehicle Detail
Have my 1975 CB750F Super Sport up for sale. The bike runs and rides fairly well and is in reasonably decent condition but not perfect. I posted a start/run video on Youtube under title search; "1975 Honda CB750F walk around." I notice there are a couple other videos with very similar bikes as mine. To clear any confusion, video is under my name "Warren King." The head gasket is leaking and the electric start has recently stopped working. It will "catch and turn" every now and then, but as of late I have just used the kick start. Likely the starter relay is bad? Also the headlight switch is a bit touchy, where the headlight will, for a second or two, blink out and then come back on, particularly when switching from High to Low or Low to High beam. "Neutral" indicator remains "on" whether in nuetral or not, all other lights/directionals work as should. Horn is intermittent. Left mirror is broken, the mirror itself not the mirror frame. After market Kerker exhaust. The seat is not original. Previous owner had a custom reupholstery done on the original seat pan/frame, no rips or tears. I wired in new "blade" type fuses in place of the original fuse box as the original was getting fairly corroded. Leaks some oil after sitting awhile. Left side fuel tank emblem is missing. Always starts pretty well, does not have the strongest "idle" until it warms up. I have owned and rode the bike on and off for about 10 years now with no major issues. Tach and speedometer work, currently shows 35,500 miles that to the best of my knowledge is original. Earlier in the year I installed new Dunlop tires, new D.I.D chain, Sunstar sprockets, new battery, as well oil/filter changes. Currently registered in my name with a clear title. Always enjoyed riding the bike, it gets some attention and nice comments. Just have gotten more involved with old cars and enduro bikes and so decided to sell the old war horse. Again, the bike is rideable "as is" but could use some work to be in "tip top" shape or possibly a good candidate for a full restore? Located in Claremore, Oklahoma. Thanks for looking and if have any questions can message me here,Regards!Warren
